(1) Before painting, the surface of the base iron must be treated to Sa2.5 level. During construction, it is strictly prohibited to bring water, dust, or oil stains to ensure the quality of the painting.
(2) The coating ratio is: component A (base material), component B (curing agent)=9kg paint: 1kg curing agent (or according to the ratio notified by our factory for construction).
(3) The construction ratio method is as follows: open the large mouth of component A, add component B to component A, and mix thoroughly and evenly. After 30 minutes of maturation, the coating can be applied.
(4) This material is required to be used as needed, and the mixed coating must be used up within six hours. Incomplete materials should be sealed and stored.
(5) Construction should be stopped on rainy days or when the relative humidity is greater than 75%. For areas with severe corrosive media, it is recommended to apply multiple coats.
(6) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent direct sunlight, isolate ignition sources, and stay away from heat sources.
(7) The storage period is twelve months, and after the expiration, various technical indicators should be inspected. If they meet the requirements, they can continue to be used.
